This role will review service tickets to ensure quality, analyze various data for the purposes of scheduling, training, and efficiencies.. This role will work in the Marine Corps Information technology support center in KCMO. This role will be core hours 8:00-4:00. This kind of a heads down research/QA role to esnure they are providing correct staffing levels and solutions
