- Quality control- verify that the closing package is properly signed and notarized as required;
- Ensure all legal documents are sent timely to registries for recording (i.e. mortgage, deeds, affidavits and any other documents);
- Copy closing package for internal scanning and shipping to the lender.
- Ability to learn company specific software programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in a paperless environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
