Customer Service SpecialistThe Customer Service Specialist

What you doSupports service delivery for Life Insurance products using various systems within established metrics.Process disbursement requests on In-Force Life Insurance policies.
Communicates by phone or written correspondence with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer general questions, process transactions, and resolve issues.
Follows departmental processes to process transactions, respond to inquiries, and provide information and solutions to customers.Maintains a broad understanding of various insurance products features and limitations, industry/regulatory terms, and policy-related statements.
Additional duties as required.
What you bringAssociates Degree, or equivalent experience required.0-2 years of related experience required.
Previous experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services is helpful.
