We're looking for an innovative Graphic Designer to join our growing team You will be responsible for supporting the marketing team and operations partners by designing, revising, and updating marketing materials across a variety of platforms. As a part of the Marketing team, you are also responsible for supporting internal departments and management team with design needs, production, and versioning by performing the following duties.
A Day in the Life:
-Designs and prepares wide variety of graphics, including but not limited to catalogs, marketing promotions, sales collateral, and other specialized graphics.
-Designs landing pages, banner ads, graphics and media that champion marketing goals, client brands, and implements UI/UX best practices
-Manages internal communications (planning, creative, and writing) and website updates and maintenance.
-Works with team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
-Creates cohesive designs, internal communications, and presentations.
-Understands the business to ensure the right message is being conveyed.
-Ensures designs and executions accurately reflect the desired message and conveys the right information to the right audience.
-Understands brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and their desired goals.
-Executes creative solutions for marketing materials, including print and digital media.
-Maintains and elevates the brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
-Develops clean and effective graphic templates and style guides.
-Develops templates and easy-to-use designs in numerous systems.
-Creates and maintains a digital library for marketing materials.
-Keeps abreast of latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
About You:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-High level of positivity and energy to work in a quick-moving and fast changing team-focused environment.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Attention to detail and quality assurance
-A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and implement variety of feedback into design work
-Knowledge of current UX/UI best practices, techniques, and principles in marketing design
-Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
-Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends
-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, DuDa, Wordpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office, and HTML
-Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
Education & Experience
-BA/BS degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience
-5+ years' experience in graphic design
-Portfolio of past work is recommended
