    As a part of the Analytics & Risk team, you will work in close partnership with the Enterprise Data and Analytics Program Lead to champion and continuously improve MDM at

    You will collaborate widely across business units, including Enterprise Data and Analytics (ED&A), DTT, our Community of Practicing Analytics, and departmental data and analytics teams.

    You will partner with these groups to understand business needs and pain points for Master Data, and identify solutions to address these capability gaps.

    You will work with Analysts, Engineers, and Enterprise Architects to vet and select solutions, while providing leadership and ownership of the design and implementation.

    In addition, you will be responsible for developing a strong vision and creating an actionable program roadmap for all MDM Program technology solutions.

    Once implemented, you will manage vendor relationships and provide leadership and ownership for the management and enhancement of these technical solutions to ensure they are scalable, resilient, consistent, secure, and governed.

    In addition, you will work with MDM users to evaluate potential solution enhancements against time and complexity and prioritize changes in alignment with the value provided to end users.

    ResponsibilitiesPartners with ED&A Program Lead to cast program vision, strategy, and roadmap based upon stakeholder inputPartners with the ED&A Program Lead to define and manage the user support process, including the creation of Knowledge Base articles for HELP analysts and review of calls and incidentsPartners with the ED&A Program Lead to create and implement a communication strategy with users to create and share documentation, best practices, changes, and roadmap.

    Addresses capability gaps in the MDM Program by partnering with Enterprise Architecture to identify, vet, and select the best technical solutionsServes as the primary point of contact and promotes

    • As MDM strategy to DTT stakeholder audiencesOwns any technology vendor relationships, including Stibo and the managed services provider (MSP).
    Negotiates vendor agreements, ensures invoices are paid, and manages budget to provide these services.

    Coordinates with other stakeholders to create quarterly vendor scorecards and reviews them with the vendors to provide feedback and accountability.

    Works cross-functionally to design and implement features that support the MDM Program disciplines, standards, best practices, and expectations across the analytics ecosystem.

    Manages security, access, and infrastructure for technical solutions and integrates within the analytics ecosystem. Ensures solution security, stability, and health by following cybersecurity and SRE best practices.
    Partners with ED&A Program Manager to define and track program KPIsHybrid work environment, in-person at least 10 days per monthMinimum QualificationsExperience implementing and managing Master Data Management best practices and solutions (Stibo STEP preferred) across an EnterpriseExperience in multiple data/analytics competencies (such as analytic methods and tools, data reporting and visualization, data management, data architecture, data governance, analysis and critical thinking skills, analytics education/learning, and metadata)


    Knowledge and understanding of technical capabilities (such as analytical and data modeling, networking, application architecture, performing software/version updates and new installationsExperience with Agile development methodologyExperience working directly with analytic tools and platforms vendorsExperience connecting analytic tools to different data sources / data platformsExperience in system thinking and design, including scalability and automationExperience with cloud based big data technology stacks and architecture (AWS and Azure preferred)Experience leading large, enterprise-wide technical initiatives and programs, including development approaches and techniquesExperience driving teams and leadership to decisionExperience in influencing business needs, then translate them to techno-functional requirements that deliver desired outcomesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with REST APIsDeep database knowledge including programming skills in SQL, GraphQL, Javascript, and/or PythonDecision-making skills with the ability to collaborate and make decisions in the grayAbility to think strategically about business and technical challenges in an enterprise environment.
