    Description

    Radiologic Technologist

    This company is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Radiologic Technologist. If you are passionate about producing radiographs for diagnostic purposes, this job may be a great fit for you. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various essential job functions:

    • Collecting pertinent data about the patient and procedure.
    • Verifying patient identification and physician's orders.
    • Reviewing patient charts to determine optimal imaging procedures.
    • Providing information and obtaining consent from patients.
    • Administering contrast agents and monitoring patient reactions.
    • Positioning patients for imaging procedures.
    • Documenting patient care and exam details.
    • And more...

    The ideal candidate will have completed a (JRCERT) accredited Radiologic Technology Program recognized by the ARRT. Additionally, having at least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist is preferred. It is also essential to hold current registry with the ARRT and Basic Life Support certification.

    This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but involves coaching and mentoring other department positions. The work environment may vary based on operational needs, and physical demands include activities such as lifting, standing, and walking.
