Unit/Floor: Observation - A1
Locals not accepted
Dysrhythmia exam required - study guide available in Simplify library
minimum 2 years of experience highly preferred
Certs: BLS/ACLS
12 HR Nights; no call

Unit Specific Details
Unit currently a med/surg overflow but takes post cath lab patients.
Bed amount - 20
Drips: heparin, Lasix
Patient population - med/surg
All patients on cardiac monitoring: No
Remote telemetry
strip protocol for reading/interpreting telemetry - interpret/sign once per shift
charge nurses take a full patient assignment for day/night shift
Support staff (if applicable) - PCT
