$55,000 – $75,000 (Based on Experience & Licensing)
The Opportunity
Focus People has been retained by a highly respected, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) to identify a
Client Associate
for their growing Atlanta team. This is a
direct-hire, permanent position
with a firm that manages nearly $2 billion in assets and prides itself on a "fiduciary-first" culture.
Our client is looking for a long-term "operational anchor" to join a high-performing 3-person "pod" consisting of a Senior and Junior Advisor.
Multiple Career Paths Available
Our client is open to three distinct levels of candidates, ensuring a fit for various experience stages:
- Associate (Advisor-Track):
For those with a Finance/Economics degree and a Series 65 (or 7/66) who wish to transition into an Advisor role over time. - Senior Client Services Admin:
For seasoned professionals with deep RIA/Brokerage experience and custodial platform mastery. - Client Services Admin:
For high-potential professionals with exceptional service skills looking to pivot into a stable, high-net-worth industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process through
Schwab and Fidelity
, including account openings and asset transfers. - Operational Support:
Coordinate money movements, journal positions, and execute cashiering tasks. - Advisor Partnership:
Prepare high-quality PowerPoint review decks, build
eMoney
profiles, and manage post-meeting task follow-ups. - Client Service:
Act as a "front-line" trusted communicator for client inquiries, ensuring a white-glove experience.

Professional-level skills in
Excel and PowerPoint
are required. - Clean Record:
Candidates must have a
completely clear IAPD/BrokerCheck record

Bachelor's degree preferred (required for the Advisor-track).
