Responsibilities
- Manage initial rollouts new Benchling customers well expansion projects teams processes existing customers particular focus GxP regulated environments Own implementation success project kickoff go-live leveraging strong project management skills validation expertise deep product knowledge Build execute detailed project plans own project activities work other team members execute project deliverables ensure on-time budget high-quality deployments Serve subject matter expert during GxP implementations advising customers validation strategy risk-based approaches regulatory best practices implementing Benchling quality systems Guide CSV activities helping understand create validation deliverables aligned internal procedures regulatory requirements Understand scientific workflows determine how Benchling best leveraged meet key business needs maintaining compliance relevant regulations 21 CFR Part 11 Annex 11 GxP Lead requirements design workshops perform data modeling application configuration develop test plans guide UAT execution train onboard users Act trusted advisor guiding customers implementation ensuring leverage apply Benchling best practices scientific workflows regulatory compliance Collaborate internal teams customer feedback influences product development validation package improvements Identify opportunities account expansion post go-live
