    To support this transformation, we are hiring a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst for our Hanover Park, IL location.

    External US:

    Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:

    • Performs supply planning & procurement activities, including but not limited to determining replenishment order quantities and the placement of purchase orders to suppliers using ERP system.
    • Mange supplier performance against KPIs
    • Develop Production, Sales & Inventory (PSI) assessments as input to the company Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
    • Communicates with factories and suppliers to obtain updates on PO, correct shipment documentation and ensure cargos are released on -time and under required conditions
    • Coordinate with import agents to process import formalities required by the local government
    • Maintains daily contact with warehouse staff to ensure operational processes meet contractual standards of performance while containing the cost
    • Maintains inventory control and shipment records in accordance with financial control policies and inventory objective
    • Heavy coordination with cross-functional departments such as program team, Business Development and Finance to ensure launch volumes are on time to meet New Product Introduction (NPI) schedules and under budget
    • Daily oversight of 3PL (3rd Pary Logistics Provider) Ito ensure inventory control including inbound receipts, customer order fulfilment, cycle count & 2x annual physical inventory, engage process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
    • Responsible for international and domestic transport with consideration to size of shipment, schedule requirements, and mode of transportation
    • Generates international export documentation as required
    • Conduct inventory reports and in-depth analysis with best practice recommendation to the management
    • Respond effectively to ad-hoc inquiries from internal and external customers
    • Engage automation projects with IT team as a liaison to facilitate Supply Chain teams procedures and requirements from global supply chain perspective
    • Must be flexible with their schedule, as this role will require individuals to speak with both internal and external customers who are international.

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of five (5) year experience in the Supply Chain or Logistics with emphasis on international supply base and heavy freight volumes
    • Working knowledge of supply planning and procurement via ERP system; Oracle EBS preferred
    • Project management skills are required NPI (New Product Introduction) knowledge is preferred
    • Working knowledge of Domestic and International transportation methods
    • Working knowledge of all modes of transportation methods
    • In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Operations and systems
    • Process Improvement skills: Identifying inefficiencies in supply chain processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns and trends, and derive actionable insights to improve supply chain operations.
    • Working knowledge of Inventory Management: monitoring inventory levels, optimizing inventory placement, and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
    • Reporting & presentation skills: generate reports and dashboards to communicate key supply chain metrics, performance trends, and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
    • Advanced skill level using MS Excel, MS Office programs and ERP systems - Oracle EBS preferred
    • Working knowledge of International Commerce Operations (INCO) trade terms, Harmonize Tariff System (HTS) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
    • Ability to complete tasks for multiple projects timely and in their entirety
    • Accurate attention to details
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and keep multiple assignments on track
