- Previous experience supervising or managing construction or fiber splicing crews is a strong asset.
- Solid commercial knowledge, including understanding risks related to contract delays, scheduling requirements, bonding, and other telecom‑related commercial terms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Highly organized, energetic, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative with minimal direction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and experience with systems such as SAP, Esri, or similar telecom‑industry software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between national project sites as required.
