    Business Systems Analyst - Site Reliability Center :

    • The ideal candidate will have a technical background with a concentration on process and process improvement.
    • Work closely with the Problem Team and support ITIL processes, ensuring stability, resilience, and business continuity across all branches.
    • Develop and review process documentation supporting SRC (Site Reliability Center) Policy and Procedure documentation.
    • Role will be crucial in mitigating risk, supporting operational resilience, and driving process improvements across the enterprise.
    • Create and refine process documentation in various formats, including written and workflow formats, to align with higherlevel policies and procedures
    • Recognize and evaluate opportunities for process and workflow improvement
    • Generate report and presentation materials utilizing PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, etc

    Qualifications :

    • Business Process mapping experience
    • Risk management background
    • Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams and Confluence
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (Office 365)
    • Familiarity with Jira
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required, or equivalent work experience
