    Job Description: Wicked Wolf Philadelphia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Servers Manager to join our team. The Servers Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing our front-of-house operations, including hiring, training, and managing our team of hosts and servers, to ensure that every guest receives a memorable dining experience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train hosts and servers, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent service and uphold our brand standards.
    2. Scheduling: Create and maintain staff schedules, taking into account peak business hours, special events, and staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and efficient operation.
    3. Performance Management: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to hosts and servers to foster their professional growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    4. Front-of-House Shifts: Participate in front-of-house shifts as needed to assist with hosting, serving, and managing guest relations, demonstrating leadership and setting an example for the team.
    5. Guest Relations: Interact with guests to address any concerns or feedback, and ensure that their dining experience exceeds expectations.
    6. Quality Control: Monitor service standards and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
    7. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the management team to manage inventory levels of front-of-house supplies, such as menus, linens, and uniforms, and place orders as necessary.
    8. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all hosts and servers adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar environment.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic computer skills.
    • Flexibility to work front-of-house shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
