Experience & Skills 5-10 years of hands on experience with different DFX architectures.

Good to have exposure to multi-core and multi-processor architectures Has participated in multiple SoC DFX verification till tapeout stage Experience writing SoC testplans and re-using existing SoC verification infrastructure for DFX testing.

Experience in SoC Testbench definition for DFX purposes. Experience in developing DFX related TB components and testcases including functional coverage implementation and assertion coding. Experience in Gate level simulation & netlist debugging. Experience in Perl/Shell scripting. Experience with JTAG/TAP BIST debug. Exposure to manufcaturing tests development and debug at SoC level.
