    About the Role:
    Position: BCBA – Clinical Supervisor
    Job Type: Full-time
    Location: Center-Based
    Salary: Up to $101,400.00 per year

    Responsibilities:
    • Engage directly with clients

    • Create tailored treatment plans
    • Offer effective supervision
    • Ensure clinical quality and compliance

    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 6 months - 1 year as a BCBA
    • Active BCBA Certification & LBA
    • BACB approved 8-hour supervision training
    • Active CPR & First Aid Certification
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be willing to work on-site
    • Fluent in English
    • Able to perform physical tasks
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
