    Job Description

    You will play a vital role within the RDG production team dedicated to the reconditioning of essential railway signaling equipment. The tasks are set and repetitive, demanding a keen eye for detail throughout. Your responsibilities will encompass dismantling, revamping, reassembling, and testing various railway signaling devices. Familiarity with a variety of common hand tools will be advantageous for this role.

    As a proficient manufacturing plant worker, consistency in speed and precision is key. An exceptional worker should uphold production standards, boost efficiency, all while upholding quality. Your day-to-day duties will involve providing support across different operational functions within the manufacturing facility. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must have reliable transportation to commute to work daily via personal vehicle or public transportation.
    • Must adhere to a fixed work schedule.
    • Adheres to health and safety regulations.
    • Maintains cleanliness in the workstation and production area.
    • Assembles products and components.
    • Follows production standards and specifications.
    • Operates and maintains machinery and equipment.
    • Works towards production goals on a weekly basis.
    • Reports any issues to the supervisor.
    • Performs additional assigned tasks.

    This is a full-time position that requires in-person presence.

    Pay range: $18-21
