    Role Summary:


    The role of Installation Coordinator requires an above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks being completed on time.

    The Installation Coordinator will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once while keeping Customer Satisfaction the number one priority.

    The installers/subcontractors will report to the Installation Coordinator. The Installation Coordinator will report directly to the Installation Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Oversee the installation crew members and independent contractors.
    Responsible for preparing all paperwork for daily installation packets.
    Oversee and Assist in our scheduling of installations and service when required.
    Contact Homeowner/Customer the day before installation is to begin.
    Prepare monthly and quarterly updates of our Guild Quality Survey Board and bonus program.
    Visit work sites to audit processes.
    Monitor use of materials and labor.
    Work with clients to resolve installation issues.
    Schedule installations to maximize our installation volume.
    Reach and/or exceed our monthly installation goals.

    Adhere to the production schedule in our CRM (i360) along with achieving the key metrics on all of you installation dashboards.

    Ensure installations are completed on time and to code.
    Complete Jobsite Inspections
    Close out jobs/projects including collecting all Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.
    Documentation on all COD balances after jobs are finished.
    Track and Close out installation files after jobs have been completed.
    Continual training of staff to provide the highest customer service
    Track all installation measurable on our CRM (i360) and meet with all your subcontractors monthly to review these metrics.
    Attend Monthly Level 10 Meetings (last Wednesday of the Month at 7:00am).
    Assist with other projects as needed.
    Responsible for calling customers after day of installation " Close out call Program"
    Other job-related duties and special projects, as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
    Strong mathematical skills, computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Outlook Email, accounting software, and Microsoft Teams.
    Knowledge of Improveit360/Salesforce-Enterprises
    Ability to keep company and partner confidences.
    Excellent leadership skills, including coaching, goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
    Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
    Good organization and time management.
    An in-depth knowledge of the industry.
    Ability to move/lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Advanced computer skills
