Job DescriptionThe Director of Quality oversees quality control at multiple locationsLeads the quality team of over 20 team membersDrives changes in procedures as well as processesInteract and work on cross-functional leadership team to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are metEnsures QMS is compliant with AS9100Serve as main POC with customersManages reports and aids in development/career growthLeads the development of long and short term planningEnsure KPIs are being maintained and developed for Quality metricsServe as leader and developer for company goals and objectivesUse data to determine root cause analysis and corrective actionsManage and drive the non-conforming material systemManage and develop statistical sampling, procedures and statistic techniquesOther duties as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
