    Summary:

    Senior Actuarial Consultant responsible for developing accurate and timely financial analysis for clients. The Senior Analytics Consultant will work closely and collaboratively with the Regional Leaders and various colleagues throughout the field offices, to support the National Clients .

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
    • Assist clients and teams in defining underwriting, contribution and plan design strategies.
    • Employ effective project management skills for balancing requests from multiple Client Teams, and for the efficient delivery of results.
    • Requires effective communication skills for clearly explaining detailed analysis to Client Teams and Clients, and the ability to understand Client Teams/Client perspectives that can be reflected in the development of deliverables.
    • Prepare and review reserves and assumptions used in reserve. Present results to client contact.
    • Train and offer development to financial analysts that may be working in support.
    • Develop relationships with top tier clients and provide actuarial insights / consulting to those clients on a regular basis.
    • Follow and maintain all Actuarial Standards of Practice and stay current with Actuarial studies.
    • Collaborate with peers to develop a new models and solutions for OneDigital consultants and sales teams.
    Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
    • Strong attention to detail
    • 8+ years of actuarial experience
    • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels
    • Ability to work with clients and partners at a strategic level
    • Travel required
    Education, Training and Experience:
    • Healthcare underwriting and/or similar analytical background
    • Certified Actuary ( ASA or FSA )
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
    Base Pay Range: $140k-$170k

    Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
