    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team working on a cutting-edge program that provides 3D Terrain Data for the Synthetic Training Environment
    As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing software and hardware baselines, developing product support artifacts, and creating system training materials

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage software and hardware baselines, collaborating with cybersecurity, IT, and Configuration management teams
    • Develop product support artifacts, working with software development, curated vectors, and 3D modeling teams
    • Create system training materials, including howto manuals and videos, in collaboration with the entire team Requirements:
    • Must be a U.S
    Citizen eligible for U.S
    SECRET security clearance

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or significant relevant experience
    • 5+ years of technical engineering experience
    • 3+ years of experience working in regulated development environments
    • Experience with hardware and software inventory control and revision management Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience with Hypervisor Technologies (e.g., VMWare, Nutanix)
    • Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows 11, Windows Server)
    • Extensive knowledge of coding languages and syntaxes (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
    • Experience with Vulnerability Management
    • Experience working with distributed international teams
    • Proficient in technical writing for processes and procedures
    • Prior industry experience in DoD Army Simulation & Training
    • DoD 8570 compliant certification
    • Video editing experience
    • Product Support experience
