    Create a Product Design strategy and vision for BEWS NetCloud-Managed EP5G that is informed by the industry landscape. Ensure the appropriate metrics, organizational structure, and people are in place for success.
    Lead and establish best practices and design thinking/process - driving the best digital experiences.

    Develop and oversee the Design teams with an equity-focused talent strategy that is aligned with the organization's short- and long-term business strategy.

    Make key decisions for the Design teams that drive the direction, vision, and strategy to solve business and user needs.

    Influence strategy and oversee multiple cross-functional teams, defining and ensuring the Product Design strategy, direction, and decisions are integrated, aligned, and positioned to support every business group in the organization.

    Help teams and organizations collaborate/communicate across BEWS.
    Provide creative output and direction to ensure the overall vision for the product is achieved.
    Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams and be a champion for user-centered culture and design practices.
    Lead Product Design team in an agile, fast-moving environment.
    Lead teams of designers through all phases of product development, ship, and iterate.
    Create visually engaging, innovative, and functional digital products.
    Encourage cross-functional collaboration and communicate the impact of this practice on design.
    Work closely with product managers, engineering, and their leaders to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products.
    Organize teams that can provide design solutions effectively and excellently across all departments.
    Establish metrics and measurable goals to ensure visibility into the design's impact on business.
    Advocate the importance of User-Centered Design and mentor designers on the design processes and deliverables.
    Identify improvement opportunities within the scope of design and other teams functioning holistically.
    Build a design culture that encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization.
    Mentor and grow a team of world-class design talent.
    Communicate the value of design thinking and a customer-first approach to strategy across all areas of the business.
    Ten (10+) years of experience in digital product/service design
    Four (4+) years managing managers and/or individual contributors in product design
    Profound capacity to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences
    Motivated leader – can inspire a cross-disciplinary team with loyalty, commitment, and quality of delivery
    Fluency with design tools, most notably Figma, Ilustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Invision, and/or other UX and prototyping software
    Clear and current understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, developing platforms
    Demonstrated experience designing responsive cross-channel services and applications and delivering experience design within agile production
    Data sleuth – great skill combing through analytics and behavioral insights to generate new experiments and opportunities to improve our products and differentiate the user experience
    Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling, knows how to communicate with team, peers, and business leads
    Can learn quickly and provide design leadership in a dynamic environment
    Experience with Service Design

    The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.


    $This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team.
