Job summary
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for building and sustaining long-term partnerships with Imperative's Key and Strategic Accounts.This role combines problem solving with operational execution oversight, ensuring that customer objectives are met while supporting Imperative's goals for growth, profitability, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a critical point of contact for key accounts,
- Lead customer reviews and business planning sessions,
- Provide account performance updates and strategic recommendations to Imperative Management.
