The Siemens Industry, Inc. distribution center in Roebuck, SC is seeking a**Machine Operator – Side Channel**to be an integral member of a diverse and dynamic team. What will be the essential functions of this role?In this role, you will:

• Understand and ensure schedules are followed as planned
• Report of any shortage to GL or Supervisor to prevent a stop in production

What are the required knowledge, skills & experience?

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must complete and pass Essential Functional Testing
• Must be able to read 2D & 3D blueprints
• Must have Welding experience
• Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience
• Must have SAP knowledge for confirmations & to look up materials
• Able to use measurement equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
• Must be able to reach, grasp, lift 50lbs, and push/pull/slide material
• If internal, must have 6pts or less for attendance

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with Pneumatic Saw
• Experience with Mig/Tig Welding
• Welding Certification
