Working collaboratively with the Chief People Officer and the HR Department, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee relations, performance management, and the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent aligned with the firm's values and culture.
Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct prescreen interviews to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations to the hiring manager(s).
Serve as a point of contact for employees to address their concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Assist with investigations and resolve employee issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of firm policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to proactively address workplace challenges and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Advise and train supervisors and managers on handling employee relations matters and maintaining a productive team.
Conduct employee exit interviews to gather valuable feedback from departing employees about their overall experience with the firm, reasons for leaving, and insights into areas of improvement.
Assist with the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.Identify performance improvement opportunities and develop appropriate action plans to enhance employee performance.
Coach and support supervisors and managers in conducting performance reviews and creating development plans for their team members.
Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring the firm's HR policies and practices are in compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
Support the development of career paths and succession planning strategies to nurture talent within the firm.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and address HR challenges proactively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior Supervisory Experience required.
Training and Development experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Salary Range
The pay range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 annually; however, actual pay may vary depending on the candidate's education, training, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
