The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania is looking for candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise in quality improvement/clinical effectiveness, medical education, and clinical care is a must. Applicants should hold an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree and should be board certified or eligible in Neurology. Teaching responsibilities may involve medical students and residents on bedside rounds for consult and inpatient services with a focus on subspecialty interests.
Clinical duties may include attending on the inpatient neurology services of downtown Philadelphia hospitals alongside a growing group of Neurohospitalists.
