Position Summary:
As a Firmware Engineer with a focus on Motion Control, you will be integral to our Embedded Products Development Team, creating advanced embedded features for servo controls used in motion systems and robotics.
This role requires a proactive approach to developing robust firmware solutions that enhance the functionality and interoperability of our servo amplifier platforms.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Develop real-time embedded firmware in C++ and assembly.
Analyze and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with software developers to ensure system compatibility.
Conduct thorough testing and documentation of firmware solutions.
Qualifications
5+ years (with a BS degree) or 3+ years (with an MS degree) in real-time embedded firmware development.
Expertise in motor control technologies and electrical power conversion.
Familiarity with Texas Instruments and ARM processors is advantageous.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident as required by ITAR.
