We are looking for a Supportive Housing Supervisor to join our team at our Swing Lane Supportive Housing Program in Medford Oregon The Supportive Housing Supervisor will monitor all aspects of daily program operations oversee client support services motivate individuals with serious mental illness to accept participate in skills training and other treatment activities assist with coordination of scheduling providing transportation to health care arrangements provide day-to-day administrative support for staff who provide direct support services related development implementation outcome of services supervise train evaluate staff make ongoing performance recommendations to Supportive Housing Program Manager demonstrate good record keeping skills keen attention detail.Responsibilities
- Motivate individuals with serious mental illness to accept participate in skills training other treatment activities.
- Assist with coordination scheduling providing transportation healthcare arrangements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for staff who provide direct support services related development implementation outcome services.
- Supervise train evaluate staff make ongoing performance recommendations Supportive Housing Program Manager.
