About the roleCompa needs to increase brand awareness, accelerate sales, and build our category of compensation market intelligence. Marketing efforts made by Compa's CEO, sales team, and outsourced partners have led to its current success.

    But as stakes rise and opportunities expand, we need help fine-tuning our messaging, testing what channels work best, and scaling our efforts.

    As Compa's Head of Marketing, you will own this work.
    You will develop and execute a marketing strategy to 1) strengthen Compa's brand in existing verticals; 2) establish brand awareness and drive demand in new verticals; and 3) firmly establish Compa as the de facto compensation intelligence solution. Your activities will elevate our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth.
    You will drive a multi-channel marketing effort across platforms including website, blog, social media, email, and the Compa network.


    This will include in particular:
    content marketing, product marketing, and event-driven demand generation activities.

    Compa has opportunities to host events, deliver masterclasses, lead keynotes, collaborate with partners, and more; you decide which of those opportunities provide maximum benefit, develop action plans, and arm the team with what we need to make the most of every initiative.

    You will collaborate closely with Compa's Community, Sales, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

    You will also manage existing and new marketing partnerships to expand reach and amplify impact.

    Finally, you will unlock the magic of Compa's CEO, translating insight from the world's leading expert on compensation market data into meaningful content for prospects and customers.

    You will establish and maintain key metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.

    You will help design and execute a world-class marketing and brand experience for the worlds elite enterprise organizations.
