The Salesforce team is looking for a Business Analyst.The Salesforce Team is responsible for supporting and enhancing the Salesforce Sales Cloud application across multiple divisions within Great American.
Job responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between business units and IT. Develops and maintains knowledge of customer's business.
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of the applicable business solutions and requirements.
Analyzes, identifies, and writes detailed description of system requirements.Prepares analysis for production support of systems and applications and associated documentation.
Assists with the implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient.
Develops and executes test plans based on current and future production needs.
Documents problems and coordinates resolutions.
Coordinates projects with enterprise stakeholders.
Develops a strong trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
3-7 years of related experience – IT and or Business Analysis that includes testing, debugging, documenting and/or maintaining applications or using applications in a business setting.
Previous experience with Salesforce, preferredAbility to work effectively with associates at all levels within the organization
Strong business and technical writing skills
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in the P&C insurance industry, a plus
