    Description

    We are seeking a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    - Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

    - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member

    - Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic operations

    - Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

    - Collect and process patient payments, including insurance information

    - Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

    - Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient experience

    - Stay up-to-date on clinic policies and procedures

    Requirements
    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • One (1) year experience in a medical office setting.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual preferred.
    • Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for the job title and the unit(s) area(s) or assignment.
    • Ability and willingness to work with patients' growth and development needs, particularly related to the age of patients in the unit(s) area(s) of assignment.
    • Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with principles of service excellence.
