    Description

    Sales and Service Position Overview

    The Sales and Service position plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and sales of tires and wheels. This role involves adhering to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
    • Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
    • Attaching and rebalancing wheels
    • Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
    • Washing tires and wheels
    • Testing and installing batteries
    • Maintaining equipment
    • Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • A valid driver's license is required
    • Excellent customer service skills are essential
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary
    • Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
    • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

    Compensation and Benefits:
