    Prompt Innovations is a partnership dedicated to assisting high-profile brands in enhancing their brand exposure through innovative sales and marketing campaigns. This year, we are focusing on achieving significant growth, with our Business Development Team playing a crucial role in supporting our missions and aiding our clients in reaching new heights.

    We are currently on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Trainee to engage with our customer base and successfully close sales cycles for new and existing product inquiries. The ideal candidate for this position will be driven, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional growth within our team.

    Business Development Trainee Daily Responsibilities:

    • Articulate product features and benefits directly to customers inquiring about our offerings
    • Conduct thorough analysis of target customers through territory and demographic research
    • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, leveraging cross-selling strategies for approved products
    • Excel in market and territory research, engaging with target audiences, enhancing brand profitability, and fostering quality interactions
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving high sales closure rates by addressing objections and employing negotiation skills
    • Collaborate with fellow Business Development Trainees and the Business Development Manager to ensure client goals are successfully achieved

    Skills Required for Success as Our Business Development Trainee:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Management roles
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
    • Demonstrated tenacity, resilience, and a commitment to professionalism
    • A continuous learning mindset and a determination to acquire new skills
    • Approachable nature with a positive and empathetic demeanor
