    Join our team at Family Allergy & Asthma as a patient-focused RN or LPN, where you'll work closely with our skilled physicians to provide exceptional care to our patients.

    Home office:

    Andover or Georgetown

    Schedule:

    Monday - Friday, 8:
    00 AM - 5:
    30 / 6:
    30 PM

    Travel:

    Weeks 1/- M-GTN, T-AND, W-SOM/GTN/LEX, Th-BEA, F-GTN - Weeks 2/- M-GTN, T-Lexington office, W-SOM, Th-AND, F-BEA

    Registered Nurse & LPN Duties and Responsibilities:

    Assist physicians with skin testing and other procedures as ordered
    Send prescriptions, complete asthma care plans and discharge summaries
    Administer allergy injections, prepare and administer nebulized medication and patient education
    Complete documentation in the EMR system
    Cross train for Triage Nurse position and cover as needed

    Registered Nurse & LPN Qualifications:

    Degree in Nursing - Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted Nursing License or an eNLC multistate nursing license
    1-2 years nursing experience in a medical office setting, preferred
    CPR certification required
    Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed
    Valid Driver's License Required

    Requirements:

    Education, Prior Work Experience, Special Skill And Knowledge Requirements

    • Diploma in Nursing- LPN/RN with an active and unrestricted TN Nursing License, or an eNLC multistate nursing license
    • 1 to 2 years nursing experience in an office setting, preferred
    • Previous allergy/asthma experience preferred
    • CPR certification required
    • Valid Driver's License required
    • Active CPR Certification
    • Acceptable results on Office of Inspector General, State Medicaid Exclusions, Abuse Registry Checks, Background Screenings, Drug Screen, and Sanction Checks
    • Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
