Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy and enthusiastic Field Sales Director to join our fast-growing and dynamic company, selling Rockpoint's products in person to personal injury law firms.This role is boots-on-the-ground. You'll own your territory, develop personal relationships with clients, and become a trusted presence in the community.
A fit for this position requires a charismatic, relatable, warm extrovert who thrives on face-to-face interaction and delivers a superior client experience through in-person communication.,
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and develop new business opportunities outside of the existing portfolio,
- Maintain accurate records and manage sales pipeline,
- Collaborateand problem-solve with sales support departments
Qualifications
- A minimum five years of experience in field sales,,business development,and/or legal sales
