Position OverviewMadison Realty Capital ('MRC') is seeking an Analyst to join the Loan Servicing team located in New York.
This role offers hands-on involvement in loan administration and portfolio monitoring, and ensuring accurate servicing and compliance with loan documentation, investor requirements, and internal policies, while working closely with the Asset Management, Originations, and Fund Finance teams to support effective portfolio oversight and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities & QualificationsLoan Administration
Onboard newly originated commercial real estate loans into the servicing platform, ensuring accurate input of loan terms, covenants, and payment schedules and fee structures in accordance with loan documentation.
Process monthly payments, loan payoffs, escrow disbursements, funding draws, and fee transactions in a timely and accurate manner.Monitor loan performance metrics, including delinquencies, upcoming maturities, covenant compliance, and required financial reporting.
Review loan agreements and related documents to confirm servicing obligations and borrower deliverables.
Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance
Request, collect, and track borrower financial reporting, including operating statements, rent rolls, and other required deliveries.
Perform tax and insurance escrow analyses and monitor property tax payments and insurance coverage across portfolio collateral.
Support the preparation of portfolio data and reporting materials for monthly internal meetings with Asset Management, Originations, and Fund Finance teams.
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and internal servicing policies and procedures.Reporting
Maintain accurate and up to date loan data within servicing platforms and internal portfolio monitoring tools.
Assist with internal audits, including data validation and documentation support as required.
Qualifications / Preferred Skills
0-3 years of experience in commercial loan servicing or related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
Ability to review and understand various legal documentation
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Yardi Debt Manager and Workday are preferred
Highly-organized, motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to work effectively across internal teams and external counterparties, with a team-oriented mindset required

Salary Range
$75,000 - $100,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
