    Job Description:


    ANGARAI's Curriculum Needs Analyst's responsibility is to assess, analyze, and identify the learning needs of the target audience in a specific educational context.

    You will work closely with instructional designers, educators, and subject matter experts to gather data, conduct research, and provide insights that inform the development of effective and relevant curriculum content.

    Your role is vital in ensuring that the curriculum meets the requirements of learners and aligns with the organization's learning objectives and goals.


    Major Roles and Responsibilities:
    The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Needs Assessment:
    Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify the specific learning requirements and gaps of the target audience. This involves gathering data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methods.

    Data Analysis:

    Analyze the collected data to extract meaningful insights and trends related to learners' preferences, knowledge levels, skill gaps, and learning styles.


    Learning Objectives:

    Collaborate with stakeholders, including instructional designers and subject matter experts, to define clear and measurable learning objectives that address the identified needs.


    Curriculum Mapping:

    Assist in mapping the learning objectives to the relevant curriculum content, ensuring that each objective is adequately addressed by the instructional materials.


    Content Alignment:

    Ensure that the curriculum content aligns with industry standards, best practices, and the overall educational goals of the organization.


    Emerging Trends:

    Stay abreast of the latest developments in education, technology, and instructional methodologies, and provide recommendations on integrating innovative approaches into the curriculum.


    Learning Technology:

    Work with the instructional design team to incorporate appropriate educational technology and tools that enhance the learning experience and address the identified needs.


    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with various stakeholders, including educators, curriculum designers, and content developers, to share insights and facilitate a cohesive curriculum development process.


    Feedback Collection:

    Facilitate the collection of feedback from learners, instructors, and other stakeholders to continually improve the curriculum and its effectiveness.


    Documentation:

    Maintain detailed records of the needs assessment process, analysis, and recommendations to support evidence-based decision-making and future curriculum revisions.


    Minimum Qualification and skills:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

    Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and data analysis in an educational setting.

    Familiarity with instructional design principles and curriculum development processes.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

    Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality curriculum development.

    Knowledge of educational technology tools and learning management systems is a plus.

    Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools.

    Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving educational landscape.
