Luther's Little Explorer's (LLE) is a small Christian-based childcare center located in South

St. Paul. We are a mission of Luther Memorial Church, and exist to help children grow

spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. As Teacher or Assistant Teacher

at Luther's Little Explorers, you will be part of an outstanding team that strives to help the

children in their care meet their full potential. We are currently hiring for full or part-time

Teachers/Assistant Teachers in our infant and toddler programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment that is safe, loving, and inviting for children to learn

and grow

• Develop age-appropriate daily activities

• Be willing to play, sing, laugh, and engage positively with the children in your care

• Make needed observations and hold conferences twice a year

• Provide daily communication with our families

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements for teacher outlined in MN DHS Rule 3

• Post-Secondary Education in Early Childhood Education or CDA

• Must pass background check

• CPR/First Aid preferred

• A positive and warm attitude looking to make a difference in children's lives
