    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Windsor Gardens Convalescent Hospital of Los Angeles. As an SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing abilities using standardized assessments and tests
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
    • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Current state licensure and certification as an SLP
    • Experience working with adult patients with communication and swallowing disorders
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
