Description
Our client in the Phoenix Metro area is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their growing IT team and support users nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Support end users with internal Software applications and troubleshooting issues.
Providing technical assistance for questions and problems that come up from our customers.
Support, troubleshoot, and develop software in MS D365 & Power Platform Apps
Administer and oversee SQL database and PowerBI systems
Support and continually develop internal SharePoint systems.
Work with Software Team on unresolved issues and future projects
Document all work done in the ticketing system or contributing to process improvement.
Document all support methods for ongoing training and knowledge base.
Desired Experience:
6+ years of software engineering experience
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment & Power Platform apps
College Degree in IT, Information Systems, or Software Development preferred

Pay Details:
$75,000.00 to $87,500.00 per year
