- Creates and maintains custom reports on an as-needed basis
- Collaborates with IT Support and Development teams on various projects, upgrades, enhancements, or troubleshooting
- Addresses and resolves eProcurement user issues, ensuring follow-up on solutions
- Supports various projects as directed by the Procurement Director
- Manages user account creation and maintenance
- Has proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when necessary
- Demonstrates willingness to learn and contribute to departmental growth

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Prior experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
