    will float between the adult and geriatric behavioral health units
    Must Have Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience in the acute behavioral health setting
    Expertise in crisis stabilization including verbal de-escalation and emergency physical intervention skills
    Cerner experience

    Preferred Skillset/Experience:
    Milieu management utilizing the therapeutic milieu model

    Common Diagnosis/Treatment:
    MDD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, SUD, Dementia

    Personality Fit:
    High energy, team player, with a positive attitude

    Required Education:
    Associate degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing

    Dress Code:

    Navy Blue; Any unacceptable attire: Clothing with hoods (jackets, hoodies)
