Your Tasks

• Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies to ensure an efficient and cost‑effective supply chain and transportation system.
• Oversee the utilization of logistics IT systems to optimize procedures and enhance the performance of all logistics activities.
• Delegate and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities.
• Coordinate and monitor the supply chain operations from the planning and scheduling of production to the delivery of goods.
• Lead and manage the logistics team to ensure performance standards are met and maintained.
• Identify and address operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Forecast future demand and perform risk management procedures to ensure a stable supply chain.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to negotiate and improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all logistics processes and adhere to industry laws and rules.
• Prepare and manage budgets, and analyze logistics financial figures to optimize expenditure and increase profit.
• Implement health and safety measures within the logistics department, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Create and foster relationships with service providers and vendors to continuously improve the quality of logistic services.

Your Qualifications

• Salary Range $80,000‑$100,000
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a high-level logistics or supply chain management role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
• Proficient in strategic planning and risk management within logistics environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to successfully negotiate contracts and bids.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective logistics strategies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry legal regulations and ISO requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality service.
