Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Supervisor to join our team.The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential home and ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Handle all shadowing for new employees and ensure on-site orientation and cross-training elements are complete
- Submit all maintenance requests for the site and follow up if necessary
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend routine specialty medical appointments document communicate changes concerns to support team members
- Maintain licensing regulations maintain required documents prepare audits Incident reporting review education Responsible in office time Review approve timesheets individuals reporting you Professionally represent Doma WI licensing case management support teams Schedule Pay Rate Requirements High school diploma GED valid driver license Ability pass background check No more than two minor moving violations past three years No major violations DUI Careless Reckless Serious Speed Driving while suspended etc Strong written verbal communication skills
