- Conducting thorough legal research on real estate matters.
- Drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
- Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions.
- Handling closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions.
- Assist in establishing existing clients, as well as developing new business to grow your practice.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Missouri state bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law - ideally gained in a large law firm setting.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
