Junior Project Manager - Miscellaneous Metal Fabricator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team.Position Overview:
The Junior Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various steel projects, with a specific emphasis on stair and rail installations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in safety management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with General Contractors (GCs) and project stakeholders.
Salary:
$65000 to $90000 (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of steel projects, with a focus on stairs, rails installations and other metal projects as needed.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites to ensure a secure working environment.
Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Act as a liaison between the company and General Contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate resources, including manpower and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project management, particularly in the construction or metal fabrication industry. 3-5 year minimum.
Familiarity with steel projects, with a focus on stair and rail installations, is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols.
