- Effectively communicating procedures to patients and educating women on the importance of regular mammograms for preventive breast health;
- Conveying information clearly to individuals, small groups, doctors, and colleagues;

Consistently applying excellent mammography techniques; Completing assigned tasks diligently. - Practicing safe procedures and radiation safety protocols under supervision; Tasks may involve:
- Educating patients about the examination
- Ensuring patient privacy and comfort
- Performing mammograms as per orders
- Assisting Radiologists with complex mammography procedures and biopsies
- Producing high-quality films for evaluation
- Documenting procedures accurately
- Conducting quality control checks
- Assisting in data collection and maintenance
- Adhering to infection control measures
- Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology (two-year program)
- Experience: Minimum one year of full-time experience as a Mammography Technologist with documented clinical experience and 3D proficiency
- Licensure: Valid state radiology registration per state regulations
- Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technology credential
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Continuing Education: 15 CEU's every three years, and 200 documented cases every two years as per MQSA/FDA
- Proficiency in database software, eRad, and Sectra RIS/PACS software preferred;
- Ability to stand for extended periods;
- Experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred;
- Proficient in medical terminology;
- Prior experience in quality control beneficial

LOCATION: Denver, Colorado
SCHEDULE: PRN (As Needed) - around 12 hours per week
As a Mammography Technologist at our client facilities, you will perform specialized breast examinations under direct supervision to aid in diagnosing and treating breast diseases in female patients. Your responsibilities may include conducting screening and diagnostic exams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $46.00 based on experience
