    Theoris Services assists our client in finding a highly skilled Deep Machine Learning Data Scientist to join their innovative drug discovery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, particularly in deep learning techniques, and experience handling biological data. You will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing machine learning models to support groundbreaking research in the pharmaceutical industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design, implement, and maintain deep learning models for analyzing large-scale biological datasets.
    2. Develop and optimize algorithms for data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training.
    3. Collaborate with biologists, chemists, and bioinformaticians to integrate machine learning solutions into analytical and biophysical assays.
    4. Utilize high-performance computing resources and cloud platforms to accelerate model training and deployment.
    5. Ensure reproducibility and traceability of machine learning workflows using version control tools.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

    Antibody/protein design, model training and fine-tuning; LLM/PLM, GNN, CNN

    Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

    Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.

    Experience with high-performance computing environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

    Familiarity with biological sequence databases like GenBank, UniProt, and tools for clustering biological data (e.g., UCLUST, BLASTClust).

    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

    Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.

    Experience:

    1. At least 3 years of experience in machine learning or bioinformatics within a research or industry setting.
    2. Experience in developing and deploying deep learning models for biological data analysis.
    3. Background in analytical and biophysical assays is highly advantageous.
