Job summary
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in providing home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental needs. As a Physical Therapist at Sunny Days of California Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of young children by providing occupational physical and speech therapy.- Conduct developmental assessments
- Provide physical therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model Rush & Sheldon
- FOLLOW EACH CHILD'S INDIVIDUALIZED FAMILY SERVICE PLAN IFSP AND WORK WITH THE FAMILY TO DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO HELP EACH CHILD REACH THEIR SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENTAL GOALS.
