    A highly skilled and experienced Nurse Director is sought after to lead the Emergency Department at our esteemed healthcare organization in Connecticut, a hub for patients from New York.

    The successful candidate will oversee the nursing operations of a busy Level II Trauma Center ED that caters to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients.

    With a strong support system consisting of an Emergency Department Nurse Manager, ED Charge RNs, and seasoned nursing staff, the Nurse Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an ED that sees over 45,000 patient visits annually and features more than 40 private beds.

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Emergency Nursing Management, a BSN degree, and either be pursuing or have completed a Master's Degree.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
    • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Emergency Nursing Management
    • Master's Degree preferred
