    Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

    • Craft and execute a strategic management blueprint tailored to designated properties.
    • Create both immediate and future operational initiatives aimed at exceeding cash flow targets and optimizing the value of every property asset.
    • Examine monthly operational summaries for every property.
    • Formulate an annual operational budget for each property and provide suggestions for capital enhancement endeavors.
    • Track the timeliness and effectiveness of addressing tenant service requests and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Cultivate and sustain connections with all tenants to showcase the Company's dedication to exceptional service, premium facilities, and responsive, efficient customer care.
    • Oversee the performance of direct reports, offering feedback, evaluations, and guidance for their training and career advancement.

    Requirements of the Property Manager:

    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Real estate license preferred
    • 5 years of experience in commercial/operations property management required
    • 2 years of experience managing people
    • High-level organizational, time management and planning skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Extremely organized and able to multi-task
